We are relational beings, meant to connect with those around us. Despite this, most of us haven't acquired the necessary skills it takes to be in a healthy, thriving relationship with others. Whether it be a partner, friend, family member, or having a healthy relationship with yourself, when we lack the intimacy we desire in our relationship(s), it can create distress and dissatisfaction in our lives.

From new love to long-time love, I work with the many facets of relationships where love endures. I also work with couples where one partner is unsure if they'd like to stay in the relationship.
Life can be complicated and messy. Having a non-biased and non-judgmental place to address personal issues provides opportunity for healing. I work with both individuals as well as adult members of families to address discord and relational issues.
